Images can be the bridge between those who love certain things and those who might think they are boring and dull. How you compose and frame things can make the difference and start to tell a story of interest to those who might otherwise be uninterested.
Photography as Communication
We are surrounded both by natural beauty and interesting people. I use my camera to document the world and then compose images with a focus on the magic I find around me. I hope my photos lead to intrigue and wanderlust.
My Background
I've loved taking pictures since I held my parents old Nikon. I majored in painting though photos were my source for the subject, for the most part now I skip the painting and work mostly with photos. I'm inspired by natural and man made subjects, scenes, and moments.
